All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping Australia wide.
Delivery times will be between 2 to 10 business days via courier service. Please allow additional days if located.
Click & Collect pickup
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 hour. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 5pm on Monday to Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@illuminatefansandlighting.com.au with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note that couriers are not able to delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We instead deliver the item via Australia Post.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@illuminatefansandlighting.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If an items is marked as PRE-ORDER
If you place an order that is marked 'PRE-ORDER', the item will have to be ordered from our supplier before we can process the delivery or Click & Collect.
The products will arrive to our store between 2 to 5 business days and then we will proceed to ship out the order.
If there is a delay or stock issue from the supplier we will let you know as soon as possible.
